Your order will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AND HANDLING FEES?
All orders of €50 and over are delivered for free. For purchases less than €50, the standard delivery and handling rate is €5.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Be sure to include your full name, order number and address in your request. Charges may apply for payment reversals. Orders for tintable products cannot be cancelled.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Please note that we are not accepting returns for tinted products, so be careful which finishes you order and which colours you choose.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
After adding your chosen finishes, paint colours, and any other items you might require to the cart, you are required to add your details and confirm your order. As soon as we process your order, you will be notified by an email containing a link that gets you through the payment procedure. Kindly click the link and pay your amount accordingly. As soon as we receive your payment notification, we will prepare your order and send our delivery team to your address, which will typically be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment. You can also choose to pick up your order directly from Zejtun.
IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLOUR I SEE ONLINE AND THE REAL COLOUR?
Depending on the device used and screen resolution, the paint colours shown on the website can appear slightly different to the paint when applied to a surface. We recommend testing a colour before purchase to ensure you are happy with the final result. We are unable to accept returns as each can is freshly tinted to order.
CAN I PURHCASE SAMPLE POTS IN ANY FINISH?
Sample Pots are available in Crown Vinyl Matt, 250ml or Macpherson Raylux, Respira, Pearltex or Durakote, 500ml.

Technical/ Satefy Data Sheets are available for download in the Paint Finishes menu. Just click on your preferred finish and you will get more information about the product and also a link to download the necessary sheets. IS YOUR PAINT LOW ODOUR, NON-TOXIC AND SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Our Crown Breatheasy ready mixed paint has been certified as asthma and allergy friendly. Please consult the technical data sheet for further detail.
HOW MANY COATS OF PAINT SHOULD I USE?
We always recommend a minimum of two coats; however darker colours may require additional coats to give complete coverage.
HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE PAINT TO DRY BETWEEN COATS?
Please refer to the technical data sheet for your chosen paint finish for drying time.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE PAINTING OVER NEW PLASTER?
We recommend leaving a fresh plaster dry for at a minimum of one week depending on atmospheric conditions. Make sure that plaster is completely dry before applying paint.
WHAT SHOULD I USE TO CLEAN MY PAINT BRUSHES?
For water based paints, use water and for oil based paints, use white spirit.
